I am the Curriculum Coordinator. I have been working at HCDB for 8 years. I have been working in deaf services for 12 years. I love the Big Island, mostly Waimea area. But really any area that is green and jung-ly. No more deserts and sand for me. My hobbies are reading (400 page books in two days), sewing, quilting, other kinds of needlework, staying at home and playing with my son, and hula if I find a halau in the Ahuimanu or Kahaluu areas. I like any book or movie that has a good story when the characters show true friendship and sacrifice for each other. Jane Austen books and especially Pride and Prejudice. |
